PanicSafe Update: New Job Management Features & Usability Improvements
Managers and Administrators can now import multiple participants at once using a CSV file. On the Participants page, you'll find a new Import button.
The system provides a CSV template with an example line showing the required format. The import function uses only three fields:
DisplayName
PhoneNumber
Role
The import handles duplicate entries intelligently - if a participant already exists (matched by phone number), their display name and role will be updated instead of creating a new account.
You can now turn decisions directly into jobs without switching screens. While in the logbook, simply click the "Create Job" button on any decision. You'll get a choice to:
Create a new job
Add a step to an existing job

You can also assign team members to the job or step right from this window, making the workflow more efficient.
When adding a new job step, you can now directly assign participants according to the RACI matrix. This helps clarify responsibilities from the moment the step is created.

We've removed confusing characters from invitation codes to reduce input errors:
Removed the letter "o" and number "0"
Removed lowercase "i", uppercase "I", and lowercase "L"
This makes invitation codes clearer and reduces access delays caused by typos.
On participant page : issue correction with delegation backup checkbox appearing over skills dropdown list
Fixed French translation for skills labels on the Participants page
Resolved duplicate bug causing scenario editor to retain previous scenario data when creating a new one
