Crisis Roles - Dynamic job RACI assignements
This feature allows defining each participant’s role in a crisis management structure by specifying both their hierarchical level and whether their role is operational or decisional. By doing so, participants can be automatically pre-assigned to the appropriate tasks in crisis playbooks with the correct RACI designation (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, or Informed). This ensures that when a crisis scenario is activated, everyone’s responsibilities, authority, and communication lines are already clear, supporting faster coordination and more efficient decision-making.
Custom type option for stimuli
When creating a stimuli, being able to choose “custom type” to let the user upload a image that will be used has stimuli.

Room Multi-Cells
Implement automatic creation and management of room channels based on crisis teams, cell types (OPERATIONAL/DECISIONAL), and role kinds (CYBER, IT, FINANCE, etc.). Each channel provides a filtered view of room content (logbook, jobs, SARA) based on its cell type, creating effective team isolation without data duplication. Channels are automatically created when rooms are created and dynamically updated as participants join, leave, or change teams. Channel-Based Filtering: When a participant selects a channel, the UI automatically filters: Logbook: OPERATIONAL channels show Actions, DECISIONAL channels show Decisions Jobs: Filter job steps to those assigned to crisis roles matching the channel's cellType
AI playbook generation - Playground
Let users author a playbook from a natural-language prompt instead of building every job/step by hand. The user describes the crisis scenario they want a playbook for ("Generate a playbook for a data-center fire affecting two sites…"), the AI returns a structured playbook definition

Mass alert by email
We will add a new email module to the mass alert section. This feature lets you send alerts to third parties during a crisis, even if your company's email system is unavailable.
Outbound Webhooks
introduces outbound Webhooks: a tenant can register one or more HTTP endpoints (a Webhook Subscription) and select which events they want pushed to it. When a subscribed event occurs, PanicSafe POSTs a signed JSON payload to the endpoint, with at-least-once delivery, automatic retries with backoff, and a per-delivery audit log so an admin can see what was sent, the response, and replay a failed delivery.

Add or switch playbook(s) in a running crisis
Enable room creators to switch playbooks before tasks are started, addressing initial selection errors. Allow managers/administrators to add supplementary playbooks as crises evolve, expanding response capabilities. Implement clear visual differentiation between multiple active playbooks and prevent duplicate tasks through automated detection. This enhancement provides flexibility during crisis management without losing context, letting teams adapt their response strategy as situations develop. Include confirmation dialogs to prevent accidental changes and maintain a complete audit trail of playbook modifications for compliance purposes.
