This release introduces powerful crisis collaboration tools, comprehensive reporting capabilities, and enhanced user interface, along with important security improvements and new subscription usage.
New Release Cadence: Moving from bi-monthly to bi-weekly releases
We're excited to announce a significant change in our release schedule. Instead of releasing updates every two months, we're now moving to a bi-weekly release cycle. This allows us to deliver new features and improvements to you more frequently and respond more quickly to your feedback.
Our version numbering system is now aligned with our development process. We use the year and week number format (YYWW) to identify releases, making it easier to track when updates are deployed. This release is version 2535.
We've completely redesigned participant management in crisis rooms with the ability to add or remove participants on the fly, and to distinguish between temporary and permanent participants. This provides greater control over who has access to sensitive crisis information while maintaining operational flexibility.

Temporary access is a new feature allowing participation only during running crisis rooms or simulations. The interface is redesigned for these users to focus only on during-crisis access to critical information based on their permissions. Preparation and post-crisis features are disabled for this kind of account.
Redefined Roles:
Owner = Owner of the org (superadmin)
Manager = Can perform admin functions on the org, can lead crisis
Permanent Member = A member that always has access to the app (preparation, during crisis, and post-crisis)
Temporary Member = A member with access only when part of a running crisis room

This update aligns with our new pricing structure that distinguishes between permanent and temporary members rather than the previous model based on number of admins and participants.
Crisis teams can now generate comprehensive reports from logbook entries, allowing for better documentation, analysis, and sharing of crisis information. This feature supports post-incident reviews and regulatory compliance requirements.

Reports can be generated on-demand and will be available in the room storage. Additionally, when a room is closed, a report is automatically generated.
Multiple languages are supported. By default, the report is generated in the language of the user who requested it. Automatic generation at room closing creates reports in all participants' languages.
Reports include participant registries (entries and leaves) and complete logbook content.

We have updated the consumption usage computation for mass-alerts to align with our new pricing structure. Instead of limiting by number of mass-alerts and contacts, we've simplified to using volume of SMS sent. This allows you to send as many mass-alerts as needed (in or out of crisis rooms, even in simulations) to any number of contacts. The result is more flexibility and easier subscription management.

This release includes several security improvements, including better error handling for authentication processes, enhanced access control mechanisms for room participants, and improved audit trail capabilities. We've also implemented new data sensitivity tagging to protect confidential information.
FeatureBase Widget integration that provides helpdesk, feedback, and help-center functionality
Improved data validation accross the app for better reliability and consistency
Multiple fixes for UI issues, translations, notifications, and chat messages
