Create and/or Define member crisis skills

PanicSafe offers a skills list, users can add and customize skills. Administrators and Managers can:

• Assign skills (at least one per participant)

• View each participant's skills from the crisis room

• From the dashboard, access a definition of each profile -> What I am expected to do; what others expect from me
