Participant Import (CSV)

We add a new import function that lets you add multiple participants at once using a CSV file. This feature saves you time when onboarding teams to PanicSafe.

What's included:

• Import button on the Participants page

• CSV template download option

• Automatic handling of duplicate entries

Important notes:

• This feature automatically updates existing records (no duplicates created)

• Only Managers and Owners (Administrators) can access this function

• The system imports only DisplayName, PhoneNumber, and Role fields
