Playbook Version History

Add functionality to view and manage the version history of playbooks. When a playbook is assigned to a tenant (= custom playbook), users should be able to view its version history, see previous versions, and restore older versions if needed. Each playbook is identified by its unique code, and versions are tracked through an incremental versioning system (v1, v2, v3, etc.).
